The heater in the room didn't work. The room was very cold when I checked in.
It was a nice place; & great location for what I needed. Really the only problem was how cold my room was. There seemed to be no solution for the problem. It was very cold outside.

The breakfast was good and always someone wiping down tables and refilling items.
The floor we were on was non-smoking, but when stepping out of the elevator you could smell smoke.

The size of the rooms was fantastic!
The hide a bed in the couch was terrible.
They were so nice. The rooms were so big. Very fast on delivering extra bedding and towels. Very clean. Very nice pool area. The best continental breakfast ever.
